Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Finnish public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times Finland: 1–3 business days via PostNord Nordics (Sweden, Denmark): 3–5 business days via PostNord EU countries: 3–7 business days via GLS. Delivery times may vary by country. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm your order.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs and Duties (EU) All orders shipped within the EU include VAT. No additional customs duties apply for EU deliveries.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at info@freshi.fi. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
