1. About Us Freshi.fi is operated by Morris Isaksson (Y-tunnus: 3228221-7), Espoo, Finland. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products We sell authentic fragrance products from established brands. All products are sourced from authorized distributors and suppliers. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual packaging may vary slightly. We describe our products using scent profiles and notes. Individual scent perception varies and we cannot guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical to any other product.

3. Pricing All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order confirmation.

4. Ordering By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment We accept Klarna, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and Klarna. We do not store card details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on freshi.fi including logos, images, and text is the property of Freshi.fi or used with permission. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. Our use of brand names is solely for the purpose of identifying the products we stock.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Freshi.fi is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts, or resolved through the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board as an alternative.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
